Summer is almost over and the last sales moments are coming to an end. But still I can't get over the SS collection of LEE JEANS. I got 1 word: EPIC. I'm a denim lover. So styling a double denim look is NO PROBLEMO FOR ME. Many friends and fans - who are denim lovers - asked me to do something with a full denim look during the summer. This was the perfect opportunity to show them how Jon rocks Lee Jeans ... #BeGenerous. Also I'm eager to show you how I would wear the LEE JEANS FW15 collection.

But let's get back at sales being over. IS IT REALLY OVER ?

Thank God for the world wide web, where sales are FOREVER. I found a few online stores that are selling LEE JEANS items up to - 50% discount . All the jeans you need to finalize a casual denim look. You have a wide range of denim washes: dark, light, grey, bleached, etc.

Summer equals sun and palm trees. Even though that first phrase sounded like a real vacation in a foreign country, I went nowhere tropical. I was in Antwerp, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Bruges, Berlin, Brussels, Ghent and Knokke. I took the time to explore a lot of different cities these past 2 months. Only a few moments were worth capturing. Bocadero (Antwerp ) was one of them and A little ranch on the left bank of Antwerp. " This guy must love his town ", I can hear you thinking . Not only do I love my city, but I love wearing denim too. Can't you tell ?

When it comes to denim I got one advice: DARE TO WEAR

Denim can be worn in different ways as you are about to see. For this particular double denim look the styling was very casual and not over the top at all. The right jeans with a matching denim shirt ( with dots to make it somewhat playful ). A cool pair of Reebok sneakers along with a colorful Filippa K jumper around my waist. Never forgetting to accessorize the look with my stunner shades from ZERO UV.

As mentioned before and I'll say it again: DARE TO WEAR and take the risk. The chance that you'll look like a clown , when you fail to combine two different denim washes, is big. That's the moment I come to your rescue.

One golden style advice I can give you from experience. When you are struggling with combining denim washes :

Pick the denim pieces at one retailer ( they often have the exact same wash for top and bottom pieces )
If you want to play safe pick the same denim wash. When you have an indigo blue pants , better pick an indigo blue top.
If you're confident enough pick 2 denim washes that are completely apart from each other. Meaning that you can combine a indigo blue washed denim shirt or jacket with a light blue, black or grey jeans.
Add an extra color to break monotony of denim ( or a print like would do ).
