Hi guys, how was your 1st weekend of 2016 ? I'm sure a lot of us gained a pound or two after the holidays...I did too but I lost it all already. #SkinnyGuys. I blame my fast metabolism. One thing is for sure, it was no problem fitting in my post-holiday outfit. I went for an urban casual style this time to transition from classy dressed-up holiday Jon back to routine-life Jon.

Once the holiday madness was over, I needed to slowdown. The multiple dinner and many drinks forced me to change outfits different times a day . "Change clothes and go" was the code during the holidays. Now it's time to cool down again. Finally crawling back into my daily routine.

I traded in my dressed pants for a pair of jeans , my classy shoes for  Converse All Stars sneakers, the typical white holiday shirt for a blue quilted shirt. I wore my shirt with an eco t-shirt from a Belgian brand I recently told you about :  The Vandal .Without forgetting my black leather backpack from River Island.

FYI: River Island's new menswear collection is so on fleek! Add RI to your favorites list because you're going to enjoy the free shipping policy on their online store - here .

#SUPPORTTHELOCALS : The Vandal

New year, new discoveries. In 2016 watch me explore & support local Belgian brands because I believe that we Belgians should be proud of the many stylish Belgian fashion labels we have.

This limited eco t-shirt I'm wearing was made by The Vandal. A Belgian label that  specializes in urban & retro gear, with a never ending passion for cycling. The unique designs on the shirts were printed using bio-degradable ink in Antwerp.

Do like me! Support a local brand by spreading the word about The Vandal and help them to expand and share their story with cycling enthusiasts around the globe. Especially if you are a man who has the cycling bug.

If you have time go visit #IKKOOPBELGISCH : a popup store in Antwerp spreading the word about several Belgian fashion labels. It's open until Sunday, 10 Januari 2015 .

I'm wearing : WE FASHION jacket | WE FASHION shirt | THE VANDAL t-shirt | G-STAR RAW jeans | CONVERSE sneakers | RIVER ISLAND backpack
