I visited the Museum of Modern Art in Antwerp last week ( read more about it here ) and I couldn't resist posing in front of the huge glittery art-piece by Turkish artist Huseyin Bahri Alptekin with my special sweater. Art & Fashion goes hand in hand, now that's a fact. But apparently my fashion is a successful match with Huseyin's Art.
My love for sweaters goes beyond. But this special sweater must be one of my favorites. As a matter of fact it's so special I had to give it it's own moment to shine. And ooh he/she - we don't discriminate - did a great job.
Looking back to the pictures I realized how powerful it is whenever when art meets fashion. It's personal, unique and made with your mind , body & soul. In some kind of weird way mixing art and fashion makes the art feel more ALIVE.
