Burgundy is eternal, it's a color that always leaves a good impression. Many underestimate It's power. It's a powerful color that stands for determined ambition and dignified action. Burgundy is a good idea in Fall/Winter and Spring. My burgundy red crew neck from Filippa K was the perfect pick for this smart look especially if it's combined with the softest cashmere scarf from SELECTED HOMME and my shoelaces...yeah in burgundy too. When it comes to choosing the right colors, they can MAKE or BREAK your look of the day.

- pick a main color and use accessories of that same color ( scarf, laces, bracelet, socks, etc) to have a consistant foundation.
- add an extra color for a stylish transition in your look from your upperwear to bottomwear. DON'T: burgundy crewneck ( upperwear) with yellow pants ( bottomwear ) . DO: burgundy crewneck with olive green pants.
- I like to use an extra color that pops out. In this case the "POP" is definitely my Ben Sherman belt.
