Where should I start...ooooh yes, 21st June when summer started. In Belgium, where I live, summer can be the best or the worst. Of course we had a long visit from #Heatwave. Thanks to #Heatwave I opened up to short shorts and showed my skinny legs again for everyone to see - they were still looking good tho. Besides that we had a lot of "HUNDEWETTER" ( dog weather ) like the Germans would say. Preparing a summer outfit while living in Belgium can be very tricky. Shit can come down anytime ( meaning the rain ). That's why I changed strategy: wear fall colors during summer. Why not ? It's sold in all the stores anyway. Plus Fall is around the corner.
Blue, gray, black, brown, burgundy and olive green. I'm starting off my fall early this year.
To be honest, I always wore fall colors during summer. Prime, because Belgian weather is tricky . Second, because I like to be different and ahead of everyone. That's my personal fashion feud I have with everybody else on this planet earth...Although It could be my inner-teacher, trying to teach my community to be ready for fall. Time flies by...you won't even notice.

CATCHING UP WITH JON

There's so much NEW in my life now. First of all: JON THE GOLD IS A ONE-MAN BUSINESS. I'm so proud of myself, my childhood dream became reality. Today I can proudly say that I am a business. But that's only the beginning, the real adventure is starting now.
As you all know - or not - I founded my blog 4 years ago but it's only since last year in March that I made that step to take JON THE GOLD to another level ( I'll tell you more about it later ). I had a crazy year too. So crazy that my interest in school & work is fading away. I realized that Business Management was not for me...Marketing is more my thing. Don't get me twisted, I learned so much from my Business management education but they teach us so many stuff that we would outsource the minute we'll hear about it. Logistic Management, Cost accounting, financial management, ICT, etc...these are all jobs that we will outsource from day 1. In 2015 I learned a lot about ME. I always did things to please others. From now on I'm doing things FOR MOI. For now only blogging makes Jon happy. JON THE GOLD is comparable to the child I never had. And the community that is growing with me won't be sorry to have followed me. That's a promise guys ;-).

FESTIVAL SEASON

Festival season was/is EP-IC. I went to Couleur Café in Brussels and Paradise City Festival. Next on the list is Reggae Geel. We are going with a group of friends on Saturday 1st of August. A music festival is perfect to let go of everything for a second and have a F-ing blast. Vibe with me to this Reggae/Dancehall playlist to get in the Festival mood.
